Interestingly, I've often discovered that the task I was avoiding wasn't nearly as difficult as I had imagined. Once I committed to starting, momentum quickly replaced hesitation. Build Momentum Through Progress Completing your most challenging task first creates a powerful sense of accomplishment. It gives you confidence for the rest of the day, and everything that follows often feels more manageable. Instead of carrying the weight of an unfinished priority, you're free to focus on the remaining tasks with a clearer mind and renewed energy. Progress Begins with One Decision Success isn't about getting everything done at once. It's about consistently choosing what matters most. The next time you review your to-do list, resist the temptation to begin with the easiest item. Identify the task that will have the greatest impact—and do that first.
